Vol. 14 No. 54 (2025): Readings on Fatwa of Kifai Defense

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of all His creation, Abu al-Qasim Muhammad, the Honest and the trustworthy, and upon his infallible , immaculate and benevolent progeny .

Now then :

     Here comes Al-Ameed Journal to ,as a new issue, to proceed with the same aspiration and mission . For the journal to be a platform researchers enthusiastic about unveiling the scholarly consecrated truth takes hold of a knowledge ambience calling for thoughtful and independent thinking. Having committed to the mission and the vision of the journal , namely : urging to produce accurate intellectual achievements in alignment with moral , mental and doctrinal principles of the nation.

      The journal and its staff believe that the development of knowledge stipulates ways to facilitate all the conditions for both advancement and creation and widen the horizons of knowledge with visions , obvious and accessible to those who seek to inquire into a spiritual atmosphere of martyrdom and sacrifice, where the shrine of Abu al-Fadhl al-Abbas ibn Amir al-Mu'minin Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah's prayers and peace be upon them all) lies .

     For the nobility of stance , the nobility of word, and the nobility of soul are all merged to have the jihad deed dovetailed with the wise insight. On this purified land, the science , abstract epistemic facts, turns to be jihad principles to intellectually and doctrinally gain the fruit of the reform established on solid epistemological bases .

     The current issue embraces seven papers in two axes: the first represents the file of the journal : three papers on the fatwa of sufficient defense (kifai defense) issued by His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Seid. Ali al-Sistani , May Allah prolong his life. Such a fatwa finds existence when all the kinds of rogue dangers surrounded our noble country from every direction to demolish our social, cultural, and spiritual existence. The blessed fatwa is a key evidence for both the distinguished presence of wise religious authority in times of hardship and its exceptional state to steer the course of conflict and summon the good forces to confront evil.

     While the second axis of this issue shows four papers on Glorious Quran, geography, and English , such disciplines are the vein of the journal that traces them consistently .We ask Allah the Almighty, Exalted and Glorified , to make our works sincerely for Him and our affairs and works acceptable, which is not far for Allah.

      Our final supplication is to praise Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may His prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his immaculate progeny.
