Effectiveness of (VTN) Strategy to Acquire Rhetorical Concepts for Secondary School Students

The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of the VTN strategy in acquiring rhetorical concepts for the preparatory students. The researcher takes the experimental
method and a sample from the preparatory students, Babil Governorate, for the academic year 2020-2021.
The researcher chose a sample of secondary and preparatory day schools for boys in the General Directorate of Education in the province of Babylon, and with the intentional choice he chose Al-Tabari School for Boys, and the research sample amounted to (65) students, with (32) in the experimental group, and (33) in the control group. The researcher formulated behavioral objectives, for the first five topics, from the book of rhetoric and application for the fifth literary grade. There was a set of statistical methods showing superiority of the students of the experimental group, which dealt with rhetorical concepts using the (VTN) strategy, who dealt with the same topics in the usual way, in acquiring rhetorical concepts.
