The pragmatic term is the cornerstone in the formation of knowledge and human culture because of his prominent role in the process of communication between the people of the same country in terms of the language of speech used by them on the one hand and the other countries on the second hand where most people depend in the communicative process on the pragmatic basis of language, which sometimes makes them deviate from the literal meaning of the word and we see this especially in our daily rhetorical dealings . It relies on pragmatic meanings that represent an intellectual and moral foundation and foundation in human societies. Clarifying this by focusing on some of the basic concepts of the deliberative implications playing an important role in revealing the meaning of the speaker and clarifying his speech and because it has a close relationship in creating the communicative process between the speaker and the receiver and seeking to clarify these concepts through an applied approach to the authentic Arabic text represented by the words of Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him). It also seeks to find the roots of the pragmatic contents in the Arab heritage through some formulas that perform the same function, or include them.
