The author was interested in laying the correct foundations for comparative jurisprudence, and was interested in knowing the reasons for the differences of scholars in the branches of jurisprudence in addition to being an author, he gave enough space to identify the general mechanisms of deduction on which the work of the fundamentalist is based , may Allah have mercy on him, the core attention is nothing but the control and development of scientific and practical fields in the principles of comparative jurisprudence with his scientific experience, he was able to make in it a comprehensiveness of the various schools, investing the scientific goals in removing the emotional curricula in contributing to the treatments of the most important issues of thought, especially those related to the most complex tasks.
