Perceived Motivational Climate for Fourth Preparatory Students

Abstract

The aim of the current study is to define the perceived motivational climate among fourth Preparatory students and to show the statistically significant difference in the performance climate according to gender (males, females). The researcher adopted the descriptive method; the sample of the study consists of (4388) male and female from the fourth Preparatory students. The sample includes (260) equal to (6%) of the population. (130) students of the sample were males and (130) females. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher adopts the Lori and Martha scale (2013) to measure the perceived

motivation climate. After verifying the validity and reliability to the measure, the researcher applied to the subjects during (3/2/2020 - 23/2/2020). The obtained data was statistically by (SPSS). The T-test for one sample, and the T-test for two independent samples, were used. The article concludes with certain findings and recommends

specific methods for further studies.
