To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher adopts the Lori and Martha scale (2013) to measure the perceived
motivation climate. After verifying the validity and reliability to the measure, the researcher applied to the subjects during (3/2/2020 - 23/2/2020). The obtained data was statistically by (SPSS). The T-test for one sample, and the T-test for two independent samples, were used. The article concludes with certain findings and recommends
specific methods for further studies.
