Abstract

The current research study aims to show the contentment indicators of the services offered to the pilgrims in the Arba'in pilgrimage. To achieve such a target, the researchers apply the procedures of the descriptive approach to the study. The random sample consists of (4349) pilgrims and the research tool was a questionnaire distributed to these pilgrims at the Arba'in pilgrimage. There are certain types of statistics employed to have the results: The services offered by the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine were "Very Good".
