Effectiveness of Proposed Strategy according to Approach of Competencies in Holistic Thinking Students of Faculties of Education for Humanities

Abstract

The current research aims to identify a proposed strategy in the line with the competence approach in the holistic thinking for the humanities students and to determine the effectiveness of the strategy. To achieve such a target, the researcher takes a partial control for the experimental and control research groups to have a research sample from (88) male and female students, (45) male and female students in the experimental group, and (43) male and female students in the control group. As for the study tool, it was A test in holistic thinking consisting of (30) items. Its validity was verified by presenting it to a group of experts and by applying it to a survey sample of students at Al-Qadisiyah University. The article concludes with certain findings and recommendations.
